The living room features a 50" smart TV with Roku streaming and the ability to log into any service you subscribe to, plus a DVD player. Digital nomads will enjoy high-speed Wifi internet throughout and a dedicated workspace in the back bedroom.
The kitchen is stocked with a full set of dishes and all of the basics you would expect, as well as a blender/food processor, sharp knives, food storage, and plenty of glassware. We offer complimentary tea, cocoa, and coffee with everything you need to make your morning cup of joe, whether you prefer pour-over, french press, or Keurig cups. A sintered stone dining table provides comfortable seating for up to six and extra linens in the sideboard.
Both bedrooms boast 100% cotton linens, a ceiling fan, black-out shades, a luggage rack, a robe and plenty of closet space as well as drawers for unpacking into.
The bath is stocked with white tea coconut toiletries plus an Ionic hair dryer with concentrator and diffuser attachments. Each guest is provided with a bath sheet, towel, 2 standard washcloths. Hand towels and make-up microfibers are also on hand. Please let us know if you would prefer fewer or more towels to suit your needs.
Hampers are provided in both bedrooms for guest use of the laundry on the lower level, where detergent pods, lingerie bags, ironing board and iron are kept along with basic cleaning supplies and a Foosball table for guests to enjoy.
In the backyard, you’ll find dining for six beneath the pergola’s cafe lights. An outdoor sofa and set of rope swing chairs are situated around a gas fire coffee table. An LP gas grill is provided for your use. Lawn games include our signature corn hole set and giant Connect 4. Lawn games, patio cushions, and rope swings are stored in the lower-level utility room when not in use.
