This beauty has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, upper-floor loft with spectacular lake views, 2 full kitchens, pool table/ping pong table and 2 huge flat screen TV`s, one 65-inch and one 75-inch! Sleeps 18 guests. Offering a prime location just 25 miles from Auburn and a gorgeous view of Lake Martin. Our home is brand new! Completed in Oct 2019. The house is custom decorated in Lake Motif; absolutely stunning! Our home offers incredible views of the lake from the living area, kitchen, loft, and massive decks. Both kitchens are fully stocked.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and each bedroom includes a flat screen TV! On the main level is a large kitchen with an island and dining area. The living area has a 75-inch TV, fireplace and the most fabulous views! Also, an extremely large master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. And a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a large closet with A/C. (For families with small children, the closet is large enough for a pack-n-play or two!) The huge loft has 2 sets of XL twin over queen bunk beds, a desk, a play area, and flat screen TV.
The lower level has another fully stocked kitchen, dining area, pool table/ping pong table, living area with 65-inch TV, 2 bedrooms one with king size bed and the other has 2 sets of XL twin over queen bunk beds, full bathroom, and laundry room. Both upper and lower levels have massive decks.

And there is plenty of lawn chairs, outside furniture and a hammock! Your kids, including adult kids, won`t ever get bored!
The property is situated in a private slough directly on the water. This location makes it a safe and relaxing spot for floating and swimming. Very kid friendly. Great swimming area in a safe non- boat traffic area. This home has everything you need for the ultimate lakeside retreat!
FYI: We purchased this 2 1/4 acre property with 280 feet of waterfront in 2018. Holiday Cove is a 4-house vacation rental complex on Lake Martin in Dadeville, Alabama. The houses share 2 separate picnic areas with tables, chairs, 2 BBQ grills, private beach, and fire pit. There is also a Lilly Pad, kayak and lawn games. The houses also share a common boat house that will accommodate 4 full-size boats, and a pier where 2 more boats can tie-up. The 25’X30’ covered pavilion has plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate several families. The boathouse and pavilion provide 1,600 square feet of covered, shaded space. And we have our own sandy beach! These 4 houses can sleep 48 people. Perfect for a relaxing vacation, family reunion, Auburn football game weekend, graduation, church retreat, corporate training event and much, much more.! Perfect for large family gatherings! Each house has lake views and lake access. The property is gorgeous!
