The large boat house is yours to use for your boat, to fish or swim. There are also 2 Kayaks for you to enjoy during your stay, life jackets provided. This house is located on the Best Fishing Cove on Lake Balboa! If you love the lake, you will love this house!

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. You will be in the mountains and cell service is hit or miss so we recommend you print the instructions.
This property is pet-friendly, just make sure you keep your dog on a leash when outside as Hot Springs Village has a strict leash law.
