Welcome to our newly renovated 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that sleeps 19! Enjoy vaulted ceilings, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a basketball goal, lake views, and a backyard with an above-ground pool. Located just two miles from Ruffner Mountain, restaurants, and shops, this Roebuck Springs gem is perfect for friends and families. The Space:
***Please note: Our pool is open now until October 1st, and is not heated. Please reach out if you have additional questions!***
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Upon entry, go upstairs to the main living spaces, or head downstairs to the finished basement.
At the top of the stairs is the living room with beautiful beam-lined vaulted ceilings, a queen sofa bed, armchairs, and a SmartTV. Note: the fireplace is decorative only and not available at this time.
The hallway to the right of the living room takes you to the bedrooms and full bathroom. The first door on the left is the first full bathroom with a separate vanity area and shower/tub combination. The third door on the left takes you to the master bedroom; this generously sized room has a lake view, two full beds, a desk, a SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has two separate vanity areas and an all-tile stand-up shower. Two additional bedrooms are in this hallway. One at the end of the hall has two full beds. The other is through the last door on the right in the hallway with a full bed.
Off the left side of the living room is the dining room with a farm table that seats ten and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen.
Downstairs is an additional living space with a SmartTV and a futon for extra sleeping space if needed. There are also two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and access to the outside. The first downstairs bedroom has a full bed, and the second has two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
Patio furniture, a grill, and a basketball hoop with balls are all available!
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We are located in a residential area, close to Ruffner Mountain and the airport.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
