Located in a quiet neighborhood on the North side of town, you're only 5 Mins to Alabama A&M, 15 mins to downtown Huntsville, Space Center, and 20 mins to Redstone Arsenal! There is a fully-equipped kitchen, two living rooms, ample outdoor space and sleeping room for 6; this home is perfect for everyone!
The Space:
From the entrance of the home, you'll see the cozy living room on your right with the the kitchen straight ahead. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the things you need to enjoy a dinner together at the dining table for 6! Off the dining area is a bedroom with a twin bunk bed and full bathroom.
The hallway on the left side of the kitchen takes you to the other bedrooms and bathrooms! Both bedrooms have queen beds and a closet. There is also a full bathroom and a half bathroom down this hallway. You will also find the second living area in the back of the house. All of the bedrooms have ample closet space to store your belongings so you'll feel right at home!
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard. The driveway can fit 5-6 cars.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving as this is a residential area, but Uber and Lyft are available in the area

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
