Our historical 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home can sleep up to 18 people in renovated spaces with sprinkles of original touches throughout the home! Downtown Birmingham is less than 10 minutes away, allowing guests to explore the nightlife, museums, and restaurants You and your guests will love exploring everything Birmingham has to offer while relaxing at our home!
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door after taking a few steps onto the covered front porch. The foyer will welcome you inside, with the living room on your left and the first bedroom on your right. You'll find a queen sleeper-sofa in the living room, along with extra seating and a large smartTV. Past the living room is the dining room with seating for 6 and the original fireplace. Although the fireplaces are no longer operational, we think it adds wonderful charm to the home! You'll continue through the dining room to the fully-equipped kitchen with access to the backyard!
The bedroom at the front of the house has a twin bed and a queen bed. There are two queen beds in the second bedroom. Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms; one with a queen, one with a full-over-twin bunk bed and queen bed, and one with a king bed. There is a shared full bathroom upstairs.
This is an older home. Several doors do not have locks on them within the home.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

This house is in the heart of Birmingham, close to shopping, attractions and dining!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
