We're close to Forsyth Park (8 min walk) and downtown is a short drive away (6-14 minutes, depending on the time of day). In our immediate surroundings are funky antique stores, cute restaurants, and mom and pop shops. The ideal setting for city exploring. With that said, you have to be the type of person or group that is comfortable in a transitional neighborhood. Renovations are happening all around this historically working class community because of its central proximity and vibrant culture. As with any city neighborhood, common sense is the rule as far as safety is concerned.
