PLEASE NOTE home is accessible ONLY by stairs, and there are several levels and staircases though out the home. Unfortunately no handicap accessibility and home is not appropriate for those who cannot climb steps. Pool heating available by request, please allow 24 hours prior to checkin to ensure proper heating. Guest MUST pre-pay $75/day for pool heating/minimum 2 nights*** Please note, pool can be heated up to 90 degrees
