Summary: Hotel is decent, but not great. Staff in general was helpful, however on checking in, we were a little early, we asked if they had anything available, also after also asking for an early check in as well. Even though we had booked a higher floors, to accommodate us, they only offered a low floor. I try to ask the person checking us in for an honest impression of the room and the noise level. I admit I should have trusted myself, the room was really rather noisy and we needed to move. Breakfast is really very sub-par. And even though hotels.com says it’s a free breakfast included, it’s actually just a $30 credit per person which covers most of it, but not all. The corner the hotel is located on, was very busy and hard to get into a Lyft or Uber pointed the right direction without a substantial amount of traffic. I admit it was a very busy time in NYC. Just not my favorite hotel and I don’t think I would return.
