Sea Daze was recently purchased and the new owners are giving this spacious 4-bedroom, 3 bath home a total face lift – inside and out! It will comfortably accommodate your group of up to 16 guests. The new owners really have thought of everything and have spared no expense in creating a perfect vacation oasis for you and your friends and family. When you arrive at this second-tier home, the first thing you’ll notice is the brand new, expansive deck – 12 feet wide – which means you’ll have plenty of room to enjoy that morning coffee, dine al fresco, or take in those spectacular Alabama sunsets with a cocktail in hand. The interior features all new luxury plank flooring and has been completely repainted. All the furnishings are brand new so you’ll get a “brand new” home in a hard to beat location. The house has been cleverly positioned between the two beach front homes so there is an unobstructed view of the surf, probably the best feature of Sea Daze! On the lower level, you’ll find a spacious living room and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen, with new granite counters, has an island with breakfast bar for additional seating. Two bedrooms on this level share a full bath. One of the bedrooms has two twin-over-queen bunks, perfect for siblings, cousins or best friends but would also ideal for couples or a family. The second bedroom on this level has a new king-sized bed and views of the gulf! Two oversized master suites complete the upstairs. One master has two queen beds, ideal for two couples or one family.
