PRIVATE LOT on a point with Expansive Views and a Level 2 Car Charger! Newly remodeled Navy and white nautical themed lakehouse - located in a GREAT location on a main channel of Smith Lake! Minutes from Smith Lake Park, Brothers Restaurant/Marina and Trident Restaurant/Marina and a short drive into Cullman, for dining, shopping and local festivals. Three bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy the views of the lake during the day from the deck or from the dock.
Less than 10 steps to the dock. The dock has a covered and uncovered area on the swim pier/dock for sunning and lounging by the water. A stainless steel fish cleaning station with faucet for the fishermen on the trip and this is a great location for trophy Striped Bass. Tie off your boat on the dock, equipped with new bumpers and cleats. 3 Kayaks and a New Paddle Boat are available for exploring the lake.
Rinse off from the lake in the large enclosed outdoor shower house, which has hot and cold water. (Water service to the dock and outdoor shower will be turned off during the winter season, danger of rupturing the pump.)
Then, at night, relax around the fire pit (with 7 adirondack chairs). Fire wood provided at the house.

Dock utilizes solar power for guest safety. Dock has a fish cleaning station, dog ladder, 3 kayaks and paddle boat. Boat slip is not available for guest's use; However, dock has new bumpers and cleats for dockside mooring.

Plenty of parking, as home is situated on two lots (4-6 cars and boat trailer.)
Please Note: The owner has exterior Security Cameras installed at the gate, driveway, fire pit, front door, dock, and shed. No interior security cameras.
Peak Season: No Saturday to Saturday rentals. (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday are fine).
