Separate seating area upstairs with additional TV. House amenities wifi & cable, dvd player, and parking and covered stairwell under house. Fully stocked kitchen boasts quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, microwave drawer, 5-burner solid electric cook top. Coffee bar offers both Keurig and drip coffee makers.
