With over 5,000 square feet of living space, there is PLENTY of room for everyone to enjoy with ample parking spaces for multiple vehicles.
When you walk into the home on the top floor, you will enter a large kitchen with a small seating area with a TV, and a pantry that houses an extra refrigerator next to a dining room with seating for 6. Off of the dining room, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks with a half bath down the hall. Also on the first floor, there is a beautiful king master suite and a large bathroom with double vanity sinks and a glass walk in shower. From the master suite, you can access a spacious screened in porch with outdoor seating that overlooks the dock and the lake. To the right of the porch, you will have a large living room area with a big screen TV to watch movies on those rainy lake days! Traveling with two families or needing a separate space for children? Then you will absolutely love the separate living quarters with a full kitchen, a stackable washer and dryer, a king bedroom, and a living room with a big screen TV and space to play board games or do puzzles.
Let's head downstairs! A large room with 5 twin size beds, a big screen TV, and access to the patio and lawn area that will lead you to the dock where you may tie up a boat or just float and swim. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
