This second floor condo is located in the popular Coral Sands complex with an elevator for easy access and private off street parking. The great location makes it easy to walk or bike to nearby Main Beach where you will find two popular restaurant/bars, Putt Putt, skateboard park, and more! Plus, you are a short, two mile, drive to historic downtown filled with shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
The living area is light, bright and tastefully decorated. The furniture is coastal and comfortable, a great area for watching a movie on the large flat screen TV, doing a puzzle on the dining table or just enjoying the wonderful views.
