House is 75yrs.old,its architecture is different from houses in the area. Upstairs walls are on 45's. A work in progress, money generated from rent is put back in house. Pool,spa,decks ready to go. Great location 8min.to anywhere in baton rouge . I rent out the large house on property and live in poolhouse out back when I'm in u.s.a. Sometimes I will be willing to leave property when renter and i agree,otherwise I'm in the back with no access to main building when guess are here. But I wanted to put this disclaimer out so everyone knows the deal. Your privacy is very important to me at all times. I give respect and privacy. I have been at this address for 32yrs.now and I must say it's a quite and peaceful neighborhood. People walking mornings as well as evening.
Mainly everyone keeps to themselves, hello and goodbye.!!! When I out of town my property manager is Dave Meche he next door. So if you have problem he is very close and he s very attentive. Also a 50mile radius from Baton Rouge is in effect for family bookings,along with minimal age of 25yrs.old,we are not a party based business, no commercial video's are permitted. Only get together of no more than 20 people is permitted, unless otherwise allowed by request of management. Thx for booking with us .!!!!
