At Ocean Awaits 1, you are conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores, just 3 miles west of Highway 59, right on the gorgeous beach. The home offers expansive views of the Gulf from all 3 balconies and features a large private pool overlooking the sand and water. If you want to put your toes in the sand or swim in the Gulf, walk down the private boardwalk and enjoy! The house was gutted and remodeled, completed in June 2022, and looks brand new!
On the first floor, you'll find Bedroom 1, which contains both a full over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk, and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2. Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and 5 contain King beds. On the second level, there is the cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area! Also on this floor, you will find Bedroom 6, containing both a full over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk, and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 7, which includes a King bed. There is also a smaller Bedroom 8 with a built-in Twin and a Sleeper sofa, and it will use the separate hall bathroom. Finally, on the third floor is the Master Bedroom 9 and bathroom.
