Perfect Oceanfront Location for a Romantic Retreat! Our Villa has been completely remodeled and everything is new. By You can watch the SUNRISE over the ocean from the private balcony every morning! If you appreciate attention to detail, tasteful decor, and top quality finishes, you will love your vacation at our condo. We are on the 2nd floor in a quiet & secluded waterfront setting on Hilton Head Island, with a Breathtaking Ocean View! Relax as you watch the tides ebb and flow daily on our natural private beach at the mouth of Port Royal Sound. Perfect for a personal spiritual retreat, romantic vacation, golf buddies, or girlfriends getaway. Close to golf, restaurants, & activities, but so quiet, it feels like you are miles away. Our condo unit is one of the few on Hilton Head Island that has a waterfront view without being in a large expensive resort, so our guests feel fortunate to find such a secluded and peaceful place away from the crowds. We are located on the end of a quiet tree-lined street in a historic area on the North end of the island. Our complex was built in the 80's, and the grounds are well maintained without feeling too fussy. We are happy that people who choose our beautiful condo appreciate the relaxed, laid back feeling of this affordable little island getaway. Many people call it a "hidden treasure".
Our shoreline was re-nourished with fresh sand in June 2016.
Our fully furnished villa has lots of extras including hairdryer, magnifying grooming mirrors, ceiling fans, new bathroom with large walk-in tile shower, brand new Ikea studio kitchen with new stainless appliances, new doors and window, new flooring, new furniture, new beds. Our villa is professionally cleaned after every rental.
Our private 21 acre WATERFRONT condo community has 24 hour GATED security, a private pier with natural tidal beach access, 3 pools (one indoor year-round heated pool with hot tub, and 2 outdoor seasonal pools) 3 free tennis courts, exercise room, all surrounded by huge old live oak trees in a secluded location between nature preserve parks with maritime forests at Historic Mitchelville Beach. Bring your bicycles (or rent them) to ride on the island's miles of flat, paved bike trails! Perfect for 1 couple or 2 singles. Great location for rest & relaxation after a day of golf. We are located in the first building, directly on the waterfront. An easy walk-up to the second floor, no elevators.
