Sit on your own tranquil terraced lawn down to beach while you watch for dolphins and count the number of pelicans as they fly past.
The historic1940s home means large rooms, windows and unique character. Has en-suite ADA accessible queen bedroom, accessed by a ramp. Two King bed rooms along with two twin beds with roll-aways and then additional bonus room with 2 twin futon beds. The rate is quoted for 12 person occupancy, but has room for more. REGARDING PETS: Pets are not permitted without special conditions or prior request. Licensed special-needs pets are permitted and require an additional third-party allergenic cleaning fee for the safety of future guests. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus the third-party $650 Cleaning Fee. Additionally, pet documentation/license workpaper must be submitted prior to arrival with the signed Guest Agreement. Weddings, family reunions, and special events are permitted at an additional fee. Small events under 25 Guests- $600. Larger events with more guests- $1,100, plus porta potty rental required by guest. Wedding tent & lights, size 40X20, are available for an additional fee with a 2-day minimum. Email for tent pictures, price & specifics. We have a list of successful preferred vendors for food, chairs, tables, and event planners. Should you elect to have the wedding or event directly on the beach. A Volusia County permit & insurance coverage is required. (not expensive but mandatory) We host dozen events each year and here to make yours successful.
