This rental has breathtaking gulf views and has direct gulf access from the canal located directly beside the house. This short canal ends at our large over the canal deck which covers 2 boat lifts and a large fish cleaning station. Home has wrap around decks on three sides with plenty of room for relaxing, outside dining, watching the wildlife and viewing the beautiful sunsets.
This cozy home (900 square feet) sleeps 4 with 1 1/2 baths. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a double bed and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom has French doors that lead out on the outside decks that offer unique views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, including ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, blender, microwave, dishwasher and some spices. There also is a gas grill on the deck for your use as well as other deck furniture for your enjoyment. Below the house we have a large ice machine for your use that a few neighbors and friends may also use, there is plenty for everyone! Home also includes washer and dryer.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV that has Dish network and a DVD player for your use. The DVR has many movies that have been recorded if you feel like a movie. There is WiFi for your use.
Since there are no grocery stores in town, we suggest you do your shopping prior to your stay.
