Welcome to the Lower Level Lake House. Peaceful one bedroom/one bath waterfront retreat. Just a short walk from the street to your backyard private entrance. You will enter at the back of the house via a private porch and door. You will have access to the entire bottom floor of the house. This includes your private bedroom and full bathroom right off the bedroom and fitness room with TV. The space comfortably sleeps two people, sharing a queen bed. We keep the place well stocked with all of the basics, as well as extra towels and blankets. If you are traveling with a third person, or simply need extra sleeping space, we have a queen-sized air mattress available for you to borrow, (Please ask for this in your reservation request if you need it).
The bedroom includes a desk, two night stands, ceiling fan, lamp and closet with hangers. Coffee maker, cups and coffee/tee will be supplied. There is not a kitchen.
Check-in time is 3pm or later. Access is through a keyless lock for which you'll be provided a code prior to approval, so late night check-ins are not a problem. Check-out time is 12pm.
You have a comfortable private back porch with outdoor seating which overlooks Loch Lomond. Statuesque trees frame relaxing lake view. The backyard allows room for grilling and wildlife watching. A tram that will take you down the hill to a private dock. You can swim, sunbath, fish, or kayak. Three kayaks and paddles are provided for your enjoyment.
We do ask that you keep it down after 10 pm so as to not disturb the upstairs residences.
