Living Room and rooms were beautifully remodeled in October of 2018. 2 queen beds and 1 Full Bed. Easily accommodates 8 guests. Make yourself at home!

The Space:
Nice carport attached to the back of the home. You're welcome to use the bikes on site.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire house. Washer, Dryer, Carport, dishes, pans, Smart Tv, Wifi, Etc... We provide an easy, simple, and clean atmosphere so you may come to Rome and enjoy your time.
The Neighborhood:
Quite dead end st located wihtin minutes away from Downtown, Berry College, Shorter College, Walmart, Ryan's, McDonald's, taco bell, Rome Tennis center, the three rivers, Parks Etc...
Getting Around:
Uber is very limited, if you don't have transportation, Taxi's will be the most reliable.
Other Things to Note:
Owner is a Licensed Realtor that works in the area of Rome. Have Pets? We love pets. Pets must be approved by the owner prior to booking. Breeds of animals that shed lots of hair are prohibited to do allergies for other guests. There is a $35 Daily fee for pets, the Cleaning fee is adjusted to $150, and the security deposit is raised to $300 Dollars. These fees will be requested from you through Airbnb after you book your reservation. Certain areas of the home such as bedrooms are off limits for pets.
