A quiet, peaceful and relaxing cabin with an expansive view overlooking Bear Creek off of Pickwick Lake. A large wooded lot offering plenty of shade and seclusion and room to enjoy the outside. The house offers a huge wrap-around deck with plenty of seating available - Several patio tables with umbrellas, a grill cart and outside fire pit for enjoying outdoor get-togethers and entertaining. Inside the house you will find a large kitchen, living and dining room area and a half bath off the kitchen. French doors lead from the Family Room on the back for access onto the deck. Fireplace in the Family Room has been converted to gas logs. Down the hallway a Master Suite on the lower level with a large full bath. French doors lead from the Master onto the deck with seating to enjoy the morning views from outside of your bedroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer just off the Master with large walk-in closet and office area. Two guest rooms upstairs with one a full-size bed and the other a King bed. A full bath in the upstairs hallway. House is available immediately and comes fully furnished with new mattresses/linens and new appliances - [ dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven ].
*New 65" TV in the Family Room and 50" TV's in all three bedrooms. High Speed Internet - 400Mbps.
**Plenty of parking on the grounds. If you have an RV or a boat, we have parking with RV Hookups and power for both. Perfect set-up for a large group of fishermen to stay with the house sleeping 8 persons comfortably and plenty of room for a couple of RV's and multiple boat parking with room left over for cars and whatever other toys. Close proximity to launch your boat from Mill Creek boat dock. We are conveniently located 5 mins to Mill Creek boat ramp and 20 mins to Yellow Creek, Coleman Park, Northrop Grumman area.
***All utilities are included in the rent as is High Speed Internet and Gas for the fireplace, and as a bonus, no yard work... we will see to that.
A combination of classic charm and relaxed living with modern touches throughout that should make for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. A very safe, quiet, scenic and peaceful setting awaits. That, and the incredible views of the lake below. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
