Beautifully renovated with several outdoor features. Saltwater pool, separate hot tub, fire pit, and patio are all perfect for enjoying the sun together.
Ring camera outside of front door (facing the street) for added security.
This house was carefully thought out, taking into consideration everything you will need during your stay.
The outside area is made for large groups with a large saltwater pool, 6 person hot tub, fire pit with lounge seating, and a patio table that seats 8. Outdoor grill is also provided for all you grill masters.
Relax and watch TV on one of our three TVs. There is a 65 inch TV downstairs in the secondary living room. As well as two 43 inch TVs in the main living room and outside (under the deck by the hot tub).
The garage has recently been converted into a Game Room. Have fun playing foosball & pool all while being comfortable with the separate Air Conditioning just for the garage.
If you are a digital nomad then you will love the best in class Wi-Fi. Offering 600 MBPS download speeds and a mesh router ensures lightning fast Wi-Fi throughout the house, even able to reach your phones while you are lounging out at the pool.
The house has multiple levels, making it perfect for large groups. Enough space to fit everyone yet enough separation to give each other space if needed.

The kitchen is stocked with full service for 16 people, and plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, and good knives to prepare meals for your group. There is also have plenty of coffee cups, wine glasses, and champagne flutes. All glassware is plastic and there is additional plates that are safe for outdoor use as well.
Guests have access to basically everything. The garage will soon be converted into a game room so there is no parking in the garage is the only restraint.
The outside shed is also off limits but it's just tools anyways.
I live right down the street and am readily available if needed! Check in is a simple door code so I do not plan to interact with guests in person unless needed.
The house is in a very family friendly neighborhood. There are tons of people walking around and biking at all times of the day it seems.
The neighborhood has quick access to some of the major streets in the area, making it very easy to get to all of the local attractions.
If you are not driving, you can always call an Uber to get around the city.
Bicycles aren't offered but there are nearby places you can rent bikes from as well.
The house is designed for large groups with many amenities to make your stay fun & comfortable. Please be aware of the city noise ordinances. If you are looking to host a huge party than this house is not for you. I encourage guests to have fun and enjoy the space but quiet time is after 10 pm in Jacksonville Beach.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.
There is no street parking. The house is in front of an intersection so technically you are "blocking a stop sign" if you park in the street in front of the house. There is plenty of parking in the two driveways though, and you are able to open the gate on the right hand side of the house if you need additional space.
This is a family friendly neighborhood and city noise ordinances must be followed. There is no loud noise allowed between 10 pm and 7 am daily.
If you are a larger group, please be aware that gathering outside with 8+ people can get loud very quickly so please be cautious of your noise levels and courteous to the neighbors.
Please take good care of the hot tub. There is a $200 charge for excessive hot tub cleaning. I am quite reasonable as a host but excessive dirt/sand/spills into the hot tub that induce a deep cleaning will come with a charge. Please keep the chlorinator floater in the hot tub.
Please note that there is a Ring camera at the front door, facing the road (it records video and audio) for extra security. There are no other cameras in the house or in the backyard.
There is also a sound monitoring device. It does not record any audio, only how loud it is. These audio levels are only looked at in case of disputes.
