This is a beautiful, one of a kind condo located on the 6th floor of the sandcastles building. It is nicely furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped, plenty of towels, beach chairs and toys , very clean with a private laundry room and beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. It will make you feel at home on your relaxing getaway! The first floor of the building faces the gate of the beach. The condo can comfortably fit up to 4 people and a baby. It is only steps away from the beach, community pool and tennis courts. The gym is across the street of the building.
The family room has new furniture along with a Flat Screen TV and DVD Player. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. New AC system ,water heater and oven !Bathrooms are spacious and contains glass shower doors. The Condo is also close to many attractions such as Orlando's Universal studios ,Disney world, Sea world , Disney cruise line , Kennedy Space Center, Parks and nearby museums.
