This fully updated 3,000 sq. ft. vacation home is perfect for large families, comfortably sleeping 22. The main living area features a pool table, creating a great gathering space. Located in a quiet cove, you can enjoy floating, kayaking, and paddle boating all summer long. There`s also space to tie up a boat at the dock. Main Living Area & Indoor Amenities
Our main living space is designed for comfort and entertainment. It features a cozy TV area, a pool table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and bar stools. The dining table seats 12, and there are additional tables perfect for games or extra dining space. The main level also includes a bunk room that sleeps 8, complete with an attached bathroom.
Upstairs Accommodations
Upstairs, you`ll find four more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two King bedrooms and one Queen bedroom share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. There’s also an additional bunk room that sleeps 8, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.
Outdoor Living Spaces
The outdoor space is perfect for both relaxation and fun. The main level features a patio, with a few steps leading up to a charming gazebo and a few steps down to a spacious deck. The deck is equipped with a cornhole game, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a patio table with an umbrella. A propane Blackstone griddle is provided for all your grilling needs.
Dock & Water Activities
The dock offers a large area for lounging and swimming in calm waters. You`ll also have access to two kayaks and various floating devices. There’s space to tie up a boat in an uncovered area.
Location & Nearby Attractions
We’re located on the 25-mile marker, just across the main channel from Margaritaville and one cove over from Papa Chubby`s. Captain Ron`s, a popular spot with a great outdoor area, sand volleyball, and a bar, is just a 5-minute drive away.
Important Notes
Please note that there are 21 natural stone steps from the parking area to the home`s entrance, as the home is a reverse two-story. If stairs are a concern, this may not be the ideal property for you.this is a lakefront home and although the interior is safe for toddlers, the exterior of the home is not toddler safe. We also do NOT allow any fireworks as the neighbors have expensive docks and boats that we do not want to cause issues with. LOUD music/noise outdoors is limited to daylight hours.
We have a security key pad for easy check-in access. Our neighborhood is quiet for nice walks, but expect to get a good workout with hills. We have private paved parking for 6 cars. Due to issues with the neighbors parking and people ignoring our 6 car policy, we have to enforce a fine if more than 6 cars/trailers total. The fine will be $250 per vehicle above 6.

This home has many steps and would not be an easy place to be for those with stair issues. I also worry about small children and the open water and stairs. Please be aware of this before booking. There is a $250 fine for using fireworks. There is a fine of $250 for each car over 6. Please note that we love our home, and if your group likes to break things, we kindly ask that you rent somewhere else. We also work hard to keep our neighbors happy, so If your group is going to keep our neighbors up all night long with your noise, please rent somewhere else. And lastly, confetti is not our friend and it shouldn`t be yours either, lol.
Rules are created to keep our home renting smoothly and keep both you and your guests safe and our home safe.
1. Absolutely NO FIREWORKS! My neighbors own expensive boats and fireworks stress them out. And we promised them we wouldn`t allow them.
2. NO PARTIES! This home is intended for family retreats, gathering of friends for some CALM fun. If you break things and leave tons of trash behind, it most often looks like a party. Be respectful.
3. You must have someone 25 at the home at all times.
4. My neighbors are kind enough to not hassle us about renting, so we work hard to keep them happy. Please help us with that.
5. TRASH is an ongoing issue. Please use the dumpster. Trash left outside is always torn up and scattered by raccoons. If the dumpster is full, take it somewhere else. Don`t leave it outside the dumpster. Once again, the neighbors take photos and send them to me when this happens.
6. Follow CLEAN UP procedures. The things we ask are small and quick. Things like start the dishwasher. Start one load of towels, etc. Often our home is a same day turnover. In order for the cleaners to be able to get everything clean, it takes a village to make that happen. Please follow all procedures to keep things running smoothly. If they charge us extra for cleaning, we pass that on to you, our renter.
7. Please keep your pets on our property. Lets all keep the neighbors happy!
8. Absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE. There is a $250 fine if the cleaners smell smoke in the home. They have to rent an ozone machine and spend extra hours getting the smell out. NO SMOKING INSIDE!
