Positive: Location was perfect - a ton of restaurants, parks and cafes within walking distance. Overall, the property was very comfortable, clean and great décor. Felt very welcoming. Perfect for 1 person or a couple.

Negative: The bots used for chat are ineffective (feels very much like spam - you can tell its the same scripted message to all guests). The code didn't work to get into the house and it took awhile to get in touch with someone. There was not a blow dryer at the property - they had to bring a new one the following day. However, once getting in touch with someone, they are responsive. It seems this is all being managed from offshore. There is not a desk or anywhere that is good if you need to work remotely (needed to use the kitchen table). Also, note that this is a carriage house in the back of someone's residence. There are quite a few houses that have dogs and they react (barking) often if you go in/out of the house.

Summary: Overall great location and cozy house - great for 1-2 people!
