This Birmingham home is strategically located in a quite wonderful family oriented neighborhood, with lots of privacy and nature around.
It has been newly renovated from top to bottom with gorgeous hardwood floors although the house, great gourmet kitchen and spa type bathrooms.
With a back porch to take time to sip a coffee, talk with friends and relax.
The house is entirely dedicated to our guest it has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, back porch, a fabulous kitchen lots of counter space, one of the bedrooms is located in basement.
It’s very cozy, warm welcoming home.
Kitchen has most everything you will need to prepare family meals like

We do provide with starting of toilet papel, shampoo, body wash, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and dish detergent.
You will have to shop for your needs just like at home as what we provide can be or not sufficient for your group.
For the protection of our guest and the property we have cameras outside premises to help us close monitoring.
We encourage our guest to read all descriptions and most important the rules.
Home it’s for “guest” ONLY staying, no one else is to be at the property.
We do not allow Parties or Gatherings at our property.
In the case of traveling players only 2 children will be allowed “for any sport” we do not under any circumstances will accept sharing the price of stay, ONE family one responsible.
We do not allow any TABACO product to be consumed in our home, neither are cigarettes or e-cigarettes.
Pets, service dogs or animals of any kind are not allow in our home.
We will appreciate guest to follow our rules as we want you to have a great experience “fail to comply will result in termination of stay without refund”.
When sending a Booking request include a message telling me a little bit about yourself, this trip and the guest traveling with you, it will allow us to get to know our guest and feel comfortable before your arrival.
To our golfers 🏌️♂️you can store and carrie your equipment through the garage and keeping it there will facilitate transportation coming and going, feel free to utilize it.
Last but not least I will be happy to accommodate “late check out” however there is a fee of $80 only until 12noon, if you planning of be there after then it will be consider an extended stay at stablished price, understand that we run in a schedule and Cleanning service have to be there a certain time or will not service our home, Best thing let me know ahead of time.
