Quiet & comfortable, we cater to business travelers and folks working on long assignments, as well as vacationers. Our complex includes secured parking, a pool, and central laundry facilities. Our wi-fi is great and each unit is decorated with great fixtures and bedding.
The Space:
A second floor unit overlooking the landscaped courtyard, in a two-story building. This two-bedroom one bath unit has queen beds and high-quality sheets/comforters. Kitchen exceeds your needs with cooking pots and pans, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils, as well as dishwasher, coffeemaker and microwave. All of our units are no-smoking.
Two smart TVs, central air, walk-in closets. Including a separate work desk. Our huge pool and patio have sun loungers and a BBQ. Parking is plentiful and secure.

The Neighborhood:
While conveniently located on a main thoroughfare, our complex is set far back from the road which minimizes noise and traffic. We are a gated complex, but there are neighboring convenience stores like Walgreen's and CVS, and great sushi, Vietnamese and desserts located just steps away.
There are two supermarkets within a half mile (one across the street). Baton Rouge's downtown & town square are a 15 minute drive down Florida Blvd. Most major hospitals are located within a 20-minute radius of us
Getting Around:
Baton Rouge is mostly setup as a "driving city", you'll need a car to get around. Our great advantage is a central location, plus tons of secure parking. We are approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown Baton Rouge, Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, Women's Hospital, Baton Rouge General, Mall of Louisiana, LSU, and Denham Springs.
Other Things to Note:
Flowering plants and shrubs, exotics and tall trees surround our courtyards, and make our place extra special.
