House layout wise, the first level has 2 bedrooms. One has a king bed, the other is a very large one, with 2 king beds, and a queen over queen bunk. Also on the first level is a living room, dining area, and additional kitchen that all lead directly out to the pool. One the second level you have the main living room, dining, and main kitchen. There is also a bedroom with king bed on this level, as well as the laundry area.
On the third level 3 more bedrooms, all with king beds, private baths, and balconies. One of these also has an additional twin over twin bunk in it for young guests.
