The Primary Bedroom holds a King Size Bed, a Smart TV, and contains a Full Ensuite Bathroom with a Shower/Tub combo. Guest Bedroom #1 provides a Queen Size Bed and a Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 boasts 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Beds for all the littles to pile together for their vacation! The Guest Bathroom is just off the hallway from the Guest Bedrooms featuring a Shower/Tub combo. Gather all in the Living Area with an Open Concept to watch your favorite football team and whip up tasty meals in the Fully Stocked Kitchen. Kids not up yet? Take your coffee outside on the relaxing back porch to sip and watch the birds swoop down for a drink, or even see an Osprey trying to catch a fish, in the serene pond. **PET INFORMATION - Dog friendly up to 2 dogs but only with prior approval. You MUST call or message us once you have made the reservation if booking online, or through a 3rd party site such as Airbnb, VRBO, or . There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee for up to 2 dogs. This fee is not reflected in the total and is added after booking. Any damage to the property will be charged to your credit card separately. The pet fee does not cover damage. Dogs must be 25 lbs. or less per HOA rules**
* Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes previous guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores.
* All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
