Shadow Chalet is a 1975 A-frame located between Pine Mountain and Warm Springs, GA - just minutes from Callaway Gardens, Pine Mountain hiking, and more.
Up to 6 guests can enjoy two spacious decks with a fire pit for roasting s'mores, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living area, and plush memory foam beds.
This retreat is nestled in a wooded sanctuary and thoughtfully updated with antique treasures and warm finishes. Please read below carefully, as there are some things you need to know about this unique stay:
*ACCESSIBILITY*
This three-story home has steep stairs and uneven surfaces. It may not be best for small children and those with limited mobility.
*PARKING*
The small gravel driveway has enough parking to accommodate three vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
*WIFI*
High-speed fiber internet has been installed.
*LAUNDRY*
There is no laundry access in this home.
*DOGS*
Pups are encouraged, and with no pet fees! They must be kept leashed when not inside or on the enclosed deck. They should kenneled if left alone. Wild animals are common in this wooded area, so containing pets inside in the evenings is best.
*COMMUNITY*
This cabin is located inside Mountain Top Inn & Resort community. This community contains several residential properties and is generally quiet and peaceful.
*ROOMS*
Main Level
The main level of this home is accessed from the lower deck, which includes a spacious gas fire pit area.
Inside the main level is the kitchen, bar seating, breakfast nook, and dining space complete with a vinyl record collection, retro record player, board games, and puzzles.
Second Level
The second level includes the living area, main bathroom, main bedroom, second bedroom/bath, and access to the upper deck where you’ll find two lounge chairs.
The living room is complete with a Smart TV, large sectional couch, cozy lighting, and no shortage of warm blankets.
The large main bathroom is off the living room and includes a shower, complimentary toiletries, plenty of towels, and a handheld steamer.
The main bedroom contains a memory foam king-sized bed and large windows overlooking the trees with glimpses of the mountains beyond. The main bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom is complete with a queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, DVD collection, and an exterior access door that should only be used in emergencies.
Third Level/Loft
The loft is furnished with two memory foam twin beds, two bean-bag chairs, and twinkle light branches to add a touch of magic. The loft is accessed by a spiral staircase in the living room and is open to the living room below. Guests should use caution on the spiral staircase and near the loft railing.
Guest access
The whole space is available for use with the exception of locked storage closets. Note that there is no laundry access on site.
