If you are considering booking with us we'd like to offer you some additional peace of mind with our cleanliness and disinfectant standards : All linens are washed with bleach, all bathrooms are cleaned with Clorox bathroom cleaner, all doorknobs, handrails, frames and surfaces are bleached. All dishes are run on a sanitize cycle.
Accomodations: 3 story house, 5 bedrooms plus a studio bed that sleeps 2, 6.5 bathrooms, reclining sofa that can sleep multiple. (can accommodate up to 16 with ease) See details below.
Shell Yeah! is a beautifully appointed custom built home located in the Sand Point neighborhood. Built in 2013 and meticulously maintained, the house features two large indoor gathering areas as well as two broad decks off the back to take in the view, sound and salty cool ocean air. This home is designed with large families in mind with each bedroom having it's own private en-suite bathroom. Come to spend quality time together, but still have your own space, and then do it all again next year!
The first floor is all about having a fun time. Make a drink at the massive bar featuring a beer fridge and built-in ice maker. Shoot some pool or play some poker while watching the games on the two huge TVs. We ask that you smoke outdoors only. There's a wheelchair friendly bathroom as well as a bonus studio bed nook and reclining sofa. Out back you can enjoy the sea air while playing a game of bean bags or rinse off that beach sand in the outdoor warm water shower!
The second floor has the laundry room, sweeping deck with beach views and 4 bedrooms: 1 king suite, 2 queen suites and 1 bunk room with a single full and 3 twin beds. Each has a private en-suite bath.
The third floor has 1 king suite, a fully-stocked kitchen, dining room , living room and half bath with fantastic beach front views from every window. Already got your sunburn? Choose a classic book from the staircase library and enjoy the afternoon reading to the sound of the ocean.
The house has 8 TVs equipped with Roku devices streaming Spectrum TV. Free WiFi throughout the house. Please note there is no elevator.
Please note the garage is not accessible.
The Beach Lodge is a gem and the only beachfront restaurant and bar and it's just steps away. You can sit above the sand dunes while you grab a beer and burger on your way back from the beach.
The neighborhood includes private pool, hot tub, grill and picnic area for Sand Point guests only. The private beach boardwalk is just 2 houses down from Shell Yeah!
Shell Yeah is located between mile markers 9 and 10 which puts it right in the middle of the action for SandFest! You'll also be able to take eleventh street safely into town via golf cart for restaurants or shopping. No need to drive on 361.
The La Palmilla golf course is just a few minutes south.
