This private house is located right outside of Huntsville City limits, a short drive to Madison’s main strip on highway 72. Only a short drive to Mid-City Huntsville, New Mazda Toyota plant, the Medical District & downtown nightlife too.
This is a 4-bedroom house has sleeping arrangements as follows: 1 King bed (2 people), 2 Queen beds (4 people), 2 Full beds (4 people) and 1 Full Sofa Sleeper (2 people). There are extra pillows and blankets for anyone sleeping in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms, the largest is attached to the master and the other is public access in the hallway. The home features a full-size kitchen, an open concept living room and dining room.
• Kitchen: The chef kitchen features solid wood cabinets & granite countertops, full-size appliances, a coffee station, natural light, stocked pan/dishes and utensils! Please remember you will need to bring your own food for preparation.
• Bathroom: The bathrooms have all you’ll need, equipped with hair dryer, makeup mirror and a basket of essential in case you left anything at home, towels and more!
• Living Room: The living room seats about 7-10 people and has a large 4k Smart TV with some streaming services available to you, Disney+, ESPN+ HULU and live channels.
• Bedrooms: The beds offer memory foam mattresses / toppers for your comfort.
• Utility room has full size washer and dryer
Parking is in the driveway, garage or roadside like much of the neighborhood and it is free! Our home is non-smoking inside so please only smoke on the front or back of the home outside. To access this backyard, you will go through the kitchen.
