Directly across from the city park and splash pad, this beautiful Southern home is literally a short stroll through the park for Pascagoula’s beach access, bicycle path, fishing pier, and numerous on-land fishing spots. For the contractors and traveling workers out there, we are within a 5-6 mile radius of Chevron Pascagoula Refinery, Halter Marine, Singing River Hospital, Huntington Ingalls Shipyard, Signet Maritime Corp, and NOAA. We are 23 miles (40-45 minutes) from the Biloxi casinos and 22 miles (about 30 minutes) from the Alabama State line.
The double-decker backyard entertainment space sits on the edge of the Pascagoula Country Club golf course. Complete with a covered full kitchen, large serving island, and Netflix-ready TV, this outdoor event space is sure to please. Now lined with a bar top and additional seating for 14, the backyard deck features a beautiful rainforest-like view (unique to this area) that sparkles in soft warm lighting at night overlooking the charming gazebo below.
The most favorited show-stopper of this home is, of course, the absolutely stunning Master bathroom. A grand chandelier (so lovely dimmed at night) highlights an oversized clawfoot soaking tub- complete with TV, a separate oversized triple-fixture shower, private toilet room with bidet, Venetian his-and-her vanities, and a large walk-in closet with a makeup vanity that all the ladies just adore. And, of course, all luxuriously lined with fur rugs, perfect for photo opps.
Dishes and glassware will accommodate 20. The main floor inside can seat 4 at the kitchen island and 4 more at the table, and another 3 at the screened porch table. There is also breakfast table seating for 4 on the upstairs balcony along with 2 rockers and a porch swing, as well as an outdoor sectional sofa and two gliders on the downstairs front porch.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and bakeware. Perfect for the cooking connoisseur or clean eater relocating here for work or training.
The property can accommodate 15 1/2 heads for approved sleeping arrangements. The 1/2 comes from a queen bunk being for 2 kids or 1 bigger kid. We don’t count this for adults because we are too old for bunk beds :).
A basketball goal is stored under the house for your use and there is a stunning garden shower downstairs as well for quick after-beach rinsing. Or doggy baths. Try your hand at the cowboy grill in the backyard for the ultimate southern touch of campfire grilling under the sky.
