Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location is perfect for things to do nearby, as well as access to the Tube. The manager was extremely responsive and took action quickly when we made requests. The flat is a great size and value for keeping the whole group together! Definitely recommend staying here for value and location.

Negative: One of the beds broke during our stay and we initially had some issues with not enough hot water, but the manager took care of those. I would recommend that the owners do a bit more with outfitting the kitchen, there was not sufficient dishes/glasses for the number of people that can stay there and the items it did have were very hodge-podge.

Summary: Good flat for value with perfect location!
