You cannot get closer unless beachfront.A 5-minute bike ride to Alys Beach, 10 minutes to The Big Chill, Seacrest Beach or Rosemary Beach… it is perfectly situated for festivities beyond the beach!The beach is rarely overcrowded even in high season, very quiet part of 30A. We cannot stress this feature enough :). It has beautiful 40-foot high dunes, so do be aware of the steps.~2,000 square feet over two levels. Plus the outdoor lounge areas. Parking at Rosemary Beach or the Hub can be challenging... but they are both easy bike rides (or even nice walks!)3 dedicated parking spots available directly in front of the townhome.
