Description: 4BR/3 Bath Lake House on year-round deep lowater with spectacular views of the lake from all 3 floors. This home is a great place to escape for a relaxing getaway and enjoy the many amenities of the lake. WiFi connection makes it ideal for those in the group who may need to stay connected through Zoom, etc. during a stay.
The house is fun for all ages with a lot of activities including: hot tub, pool table, games, two canoes, fire pit and its own private dock for fishing and relaxing. The house comfortabley accommodates 10, but if there are small children in the group, the house could accommodate up to 12. There is a small extra fee for groups over 10. Feel free to inquire of the owner about this prior to booking, especially if there are young children in the group.
The dock is equipped with Dock Lifeguard to detect if there is any electrical current in nearby waters. We are on deep water with year-round lake access from the dock.
Our lake home includes WiFi and satellite television. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen supplies needed during your stay.
The house is 3 stories with 4 bedrooms:
Upper level suite has a king bed, sitting area, and private bathroom (a pack ‘n play is stored in closet). There is a Sun Room with a perfect view of the lake on the top level of the house as well. The main level bedroom includes a king bed with an additional bathroom (an additional pack ‘n play is stored in this closet as well). The main floor also has an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a screened-in porch and large patio table for additional entertaining. - all with views of the lake. There is one high chair in the dining area. The bottom floor has two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a day bed and two bunk beds (queens on the bottom bunks) and a shared full bath on the bottom floor. There is a large gathering room on this level with a pool table and large TV area, also with lake views. The home includes a 55" flat screen television on the bottom floor and a 42" TV on the middle level.
Also included is a gas grill located in the lower level fire-pit patio area. Some wood for fire-pit use is stacked here for guest use. The hot tub is located on the deck overlooking the lake on this level as well.
Although we currently have 2 canoes available, guests may tie up their own boat in the available slip at our dock during their stay if they notify us in advance. There is a public launch nearby - just off Co. Rd. 240 in Crescent Crest Manor. Boats can also be rented at Wedowee Marine, Southern Boat Rentals and Molly’s Pontoon Rental. The owner's pontoon is not part of the rental and should not be accessed during guests' stay. Owner’s need to know if guests plan to bring or rent a boat while staying in order to share information about the dock.
IMPORTANT FINAL NOTES:
We would truly love to host you if you are willing to respect our property and follow our house rules: return within 7 days the signed rental agreement with a photocopy of your ID, agree to our “no pets, no parties, and no smoking” policies, limit the number of guests to 10 unless discussed prior to booking, accurately state the number of adults and children in the booking request, respond to our messages posted via Vrbo, properly dispose of trash as outlined in departure procedures, and leave the property in good condition. If there is damage to the property, if more guests stay than indicated in reservation or if excessive cleaning is required upon guests' departure, extra charges will be incurred through the security deposit. With very few exceptions, we have genuinely enjoyed working with our guests, and we expect to continue to offer this property through Vrbo for years to come!
We have exterior access security cameras on the front and side entrances of the property as a part of our overall security system.
Our property manager lives nearby and could possibly assist as a resource in some emergency situations if needed.
Our property manager will thoroughly clean and disinfect the interior of the house prior to your arrival.
