Unique on Topsail Island, this vacation rental is one of a few rare five-bedroom oceanfront homes with a private pool (13'x31') and hottub on the balcony overlooking the beach and a large private grassed backyard. All 4 Master bedrooms are oceanfront with balconies! The kids (and kids at heart) will love the pool, maybe even more than the ocean. Pool lounges provided. A private sitting area alongside the dunes allows for gorgeous views of both the ocean and the pool. Your very own private walkway leads you directly to the smooth, sandy beach where you will find plenty of seashells and few crowds. If you get lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of the family of dolphins that regularly frolics along the shore. Two spacious covered decks share the same unobstructed views as the dune deck but are just steps away from the air-conditioning and indoor conveniences. Confidently go barefoot whenever you’re outside… decks feature Trex flooring which is extremely easy on the feet, and the large grassy backyard is perfect for outdoor games. After a full day in the sun, you can enjoy a refreshing and rejuvenating rinse in the private outdoor shower before you climb into the hammock swing for an afternoon nap. Fire up the large gas grill and enjoy your cocktails and dinner al fresco – there is plenty of outdoor seating to go around by the pool or on the deck. And once the sun sets, the six-person hot tub on the deck will allow you to delight in the cool evening breezes as you gaze into the starry skies, perhaps while enjoying a crisp glass of wine.
