This first floor end unit is very spacious, most items are NEW, including living room, dining room, master suite, and even the tv's! Many updates/upgrades have recently been completed including a brand NEW kitchen (Jan. 2021) with NEW cabinets, NEW stainless steel appliances, NEW granite, NEW storage cabinets and beverage fridge, 3 NEW balcony sliders, and the ductwork was cleaned out and an infrared light was installed in 2019. The NEW master bath was also completed in 2021 and includes a NEW tile shower, NEW toilet, NEW tile, NEW vanity, NEW fixtures and lighting. The vanity area was walled off and a pocket door was installed allowing privacy from the master bedroom. The master bedroom paneling was removed and drywall and crown molding were added, as well as NEW bedroom carpeting. All bedrooms and the living/dining area have slider access to the covered balconies in the front and rear of the unit.
