Positive: It was a little more run down and old than we expected. Bugs in the bathroom both days. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were way too hot for Florida weather. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day early. I understand the booking was non refundable because you possibly could have rented that night out. Maybe a credit would be nice for another property at another time.
