Welcome to The Enchanter at Glen Iris! This historic and well preserved home is located in the heart of the Glen Iris neighborhood in the Magic City. The home is quaint with features such as arched doorways, built-ins galore, & window seating to enjoy the outdoor scene! You and yours can enjoy a stroll in Glen Iris Park, visit and explore all that UAB has to offer, or enjoy a quick drive to downtown. While you are here, we definitely recommend checking out Saw’s BBQ! What are you waiting for?
The Space:
Dog Friendly~
The adorable front porch will welcome you to our home! Once inside, you'll be in the spacious foyer with window seats, built-in cabinets, and a beautiful staircase that will take you upstairs to four bedrooms. Past the foyer is the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and extra seating. From here, you will see the dining room with space for 8 and the oversized kitchen which is fully equipped & ready for all of your cooking needs. There is one half-bathroom downstairs.
There is one bedroom with two full beds on the main level and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The second bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunks and there is a full bed in the third bed. The last two bedrooms both have king beds. You will also find two full bathrooms upstairs!
This is a child friendly home, we have pack n play, high chair and baby gate.
The fenced-in backyard has a table and chairs, making it a perfect space to enjoy al-fresco dining.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

Glen Iris is a historical neighborhood in Birmingham's Southside. The homes center Glen Iris park which contains trails and green space for residents and guests to enjoy alike. Get lost in nature here.
Getting Around:
Birmingham is a driver friendly city! We recommend bringing a car. Don't have one? Ride share and cabs are readily available for use!
Other Things to Note:
We are now pet friendly! Bring your dog along for the trip! Crate provided as we require your furry friend to be crated when left home alone. Limit one dog only, no cats or other animals. Please note that we collect $75 pet fees per stay.
