The space -
The details: The apartment is 800 sq’ and newly created with all new kitchen, appliances, furniture and bathroom. The design is industrial modern with a touch a country with hues of blue, gray and brown. It’s an open spaced studio apartment concept with rugs placed throughout in order to provide comfort and warmth. The mini-split provides heat/AC with a remote to control the temperature to your body's content.
There is one queen size bed as well as a queen size sofa sleeper.
The apartment is in the lower level of the house with its own private entrance. The host lives in the upper level of the house with its own private entrance.
