The House
A 2-bedroom/2 bath, fully-renovated home in West Palm Beach. Master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and on suite bathroom. Second bedroom has equally comfortable queen bed. Both bedrooms include TVs and large closets. Beautiful, sunny living room and dining room area, with two sliding glass doors leading out to a wonderful backyard. A single air mattress available as well as a pack 'n' play. Intimate backyard with a pool and covered patio has a hammock, a gas BBQ grill, and night-lighting. Full-size washer/dryer. Kitchen fully equipped with microwave, range, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (coffee included) and all the pots, pans and dishware you'll need. Free wifi and cable tv with over 140 channels. Beach chairs and towels provided if you feel like taking the short trip to the beach. Cornhole, bocce, board games and poker chips included as well in case you feel like hanging out at the house.
Guest access
The entire house and back yard are for your use! Security code to the front door will be provided before you get to the house to use for your stay.

You have all the privacy you want/need. We do live a few blocks away and can attend to any questions or concerns about the house and potential repairs/problems. I am available via text or phone within 24 hours.

2) The pool is cleaned weekly, but is not heated. Swim at your own risk and be sure to monitor any children while in the pool or backyard. Childproof safety fence available for the pool as well, please let us know if you would like us to install that for you before your arrival.
3) It's Florida, which means that from time to time you might be bothered by insects....We have supplied mosquito repellent.
