The Space:
This converted carriage house is the historic carriage house behind Pretty Porch Paradise. There is enough parking for three cars to the left of the home in the gravel parking pad. The living room is downstairs, and has a TV, chair, and full sofa. Past the living room there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a small table and chairs, and a closet with the washer and dryer. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basic essentials necessary to cook and entertain at home. Both bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub are located upstairs. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a a desk with lamp and chair, perfect for working from home! The second bedroom has a full size daybed with twin trundle, making this home not only work-from-home friendly, but family friendly as well.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the back part of the property where the carriage house is located. The main driveway is for the main house guests.
The Neighborhood:
Located just east of Ruffner Mountain Nature Center, and about 15 minutes northeast of downtown Birmingham. Close to proximity to numerous restaurants and shops.
Getting Around:
Driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
