Retreat to this newly renovated home inspired by modern coastal décor. The Peaceful Pearl is located on ½ an acre of land only 10 minutes from downtown Birmingham! Our family friendly space is well equipped for those traveling with children. The area feels peaceful and quiet, although it is just a five-minute drive from shops and restaurants such as Target & Starbucks, Aldi, WinnDixie, Chick-fil-A, Full-Moon-BBQ, and many more.
The Space:
This newly remodeled home provides a cozy and well-appointed place to land while visiting Birmingham. This house can comfortably accommodate up to eight. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The living room features a three-seater couch, oversized chair, and 50 inch smart TV. Board games and puzzles are provided for you to enjoy during your stay. A large front porch with a dining table and seating for six is accessible from the living room.
The master bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom is tucked away in the back right of the home with its own 42-inch smart TV. The second and third bedrooms are right down the hallway on the left side of the home. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has full-over-full bunk beds. The bunk beds are very sturdy and can be used to accommodate children or adults. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway, near the second and third bedrooms. Both bathrooms in the home were recently updated with new vanities, floor tile, and tub-and-shower combinations.
The brand new kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a farmhouse sink. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, a coffee maker, kitchen utensils, storage containers, and other essentials. There is a drop-leaf, eat in kitchen table that can seat up to 4 people. Additional chairs are located in the living room closet. The washer and dryer and enclosed in a laundry closet off the kitchen.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard. There is a digital combo lock pad for entry. We will provide you with the code upon check in.
The Neighborhood:
Guests can park in the gravel, private parking lot to the side of the home or on the street.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
NO PETS. NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING. Smoking in the home will results in $300 fine.
