OMG! Are we in the Caribbean? No because this beautiful POOL HOUSE is located only 5 minutes from MSU campus, 8 minutes to downtown, and 10 minutes to the Cotton District. The Pool House at 4300 is quaint and charming with an island feel and tons of personality. There is a bedroom downstairs with a daybed and pop up trundle, a loft bedroom with standard queen bed, window bed and reading nook, full size sofa sleeper in the den, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and 2 full baths, each with a shower, vanity and toilet. Each bed has memory foam mattresses! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including from dishes and flatware to spices and saran wrap. You also have freshly ground coffee and all the fixins for your morning cup of Joe! When weather and time permit, there is much fun and relaxation to enjoy pool side and in only 3 steps you are floating, swimming, or lounging! If you prefer a bit more privacy, on the other side of The Pool House there is a private patio/pergola area just for you!
Although there is a full kitchen, we will gladly provide breakfast and/or a unique bag lunch tailored to your dietary needs, requirements or requests.
