Layout:
The first floor is comprised of the living area, kitchen, laundry room, and three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has king bed and en suite bathroom. The additional two bedrooms on this level each have a queen bed, and a shared bathroom between the two. The upstairs has a spacious bonus room with two full beds.There is a fire pit that can be used as a charcoal grill. Gig speed internet is also available along with premium cable.
Parking:
Please park in the driveway. There are two spaces available.

Just 15 minutes from downtown, Hermitage is neighborhood of Nashville that's located on the eastern side of the city. It has a small town feel and easy access to nature, history, and Nashville proper. It is named in honor of Andrew Jackson's plantation, "The Hermitage", that is located in the area. Nearby favorites and suggestions include: Darfons, Party Fowl, Tutti Da Gio, Edley's BBQ, Nadeens, First Watch, Percy Priest Lake/Dam, Old Hickory Lake/Dam, Stones River Greenway, Opry Mills, Opry Mills Mall, Grand Ole Opry, Nashville International Airport, Nashville Shores Water Park, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, TriStar Summit Medical Center (Hospital), Kroger (Grocery Store), President Andrew Jackson's Hermitage Estate, Caney Fork River (40 min away).
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
