Secluded property right on the Edisto River.
Property is a 23 foot hybrid camper with 2 pop out queen beds. Camper also offers a couch that flips out to a full size bed, along with the dinning room table that can be turned into a bed as well. Camper offers a kitchen that includes a 3 gas stove top with oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Bathroom with stand up shower. There is a TV with surround sound that includes Netflix and a few other services too.
There is a charcoal grill and fire pit. Two tables that can seat 4 at each table. Floating dock and a shared beach area with the homeowner. There is a boat ramp you can launch a smaller size boat from or kayaks if you bring those. (owner does not offer a boat or kayaks)
You can enjoy just relaxing outside, on the beach or floating dock. Fishing, swimming or as most people like to do is float down the Edisto.
At night you can relax under the stars and around the fire pit or turn on the outdoor lights and light up the area around you. Throw a rod in the water and see what you may catch, leave it in over night and you may have breakfast waiting for you when you wake up.
There is a state park less than a mile from the property (Givhans State Park) and a small family zoo 3 miles away from the property (Bee City).
Property will come clean and sanitized. Enough towels for each guest, hand towels and kitchen towels. Enough bedding for the amount of people staying (so please specify how many people and how many beds will be used). Coffee, Sugar and creamer. Of course all utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans. Toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and trash bags.
