Summary: This place has really gone downhill. We used to LOVE sapphire when is first opened. Now its 1)a complete money grab and 2) a dump. The whole place smells like mold. Lights in our room were not working. They do not provide comforters on the beds anymore. Only those cheap nasty hospital-style blankets. The carpet in our room was completely filthy and stained, and we were in a suite mind you. I dont understand what has happened to the staff here- a lot of them are very rude, and unhelpful. We used to go to the dutch trading company on our many previous visits but this place has become a dump. The food is slopped together, and sits out all day, it looks like a filthy mess back there. The gym is being renovated and the closest gym is at royal pacific. Damn shame because it was universals best gym and one of the highlights of this hotel. We were very upset about that because we were not informed ahead of time. Epic universe turned out terribly. Could not get on any rides. Only good ride were able to get on was harry potter after a 2 HOUR WAIT. Completely rude staff. What a terrible experience. Not going back to uni until they get their act together.
