Summary: To start there is only a kiosk for check in. After a very annoying check in I asked the lady on the screen if there was ever anyone at the desk. She said yes and that she was only filling in while the front desk was “out”. Apparently they were out for 2 days as I never saw one employee at the desk the 2 days I was there. I walked into the room and immediately noticed there was no tv remote. Upon further inspection there were also no cables hooked up to it. I went back to the kiosk and the lady said she would send someone to look at it. No one came to fix it. I left my room the next morning and when I returned my key would not work. Went back to the kiosk where I received 3 keys to try. None worked. Back to the kiosk and received 6 keys. None worked. Back to the kiosk where the kiosk lady had to call someone. I sat and waited. A lady in regular clothes appeared, went behind the desk, handed me a key and said nothing to me. From reading other reviews it sounds like this was the owner who lives on the 2nd floor. I would definitely not stay here again as I feel this is absolutely a safety concern with no employees in the building. You definitely get what you pay for.
